Construction Technology : A Perfectly Plannar Experience

So today i had the class , Construction Technology again , the one where we built the block tower.

Yeah , so today we were told to build this model that could support a brick.. For 30 seconds ! ! The materials that was allowed was .. An A4 paper and .. Lemme see .. and thats all !! And not only did it had to support the brick , we had to make it 'elegant' .

So this was the successful product.



At First it didnt look like it would support the brick. And my partner slowly put the brick on it, and it looked as if the paper was just gonna crumple when he let go of the brick.



And finally, it stood for way way longer than 30 secs =p

Bored . . Waiting

I just feel so bored i had to find something to do .. So here I am. Waiting for Keem to come back from jogging so we can eat dinner ..

Food's day

Okay I jus finished my postcard assignment on the block tower the other time, so i shall tell a short story about today.

So today, i went with my mom to her friend's son's school's musical and choral competition. My mom's friend was this abc ( aussie born chinese ) .. i met with him on sunday and we had yumcha (thats what they call dim sum in aussie i think) at this place Shark Fins house . Here's a picture of me and him on sunday =p



Anyway , after the musical / choral competition , this aunty's friend brought us to some place to eat. And so we walked with the newly met aunty and uncle jus to find out that we're eating at the same dim sum place we ate on sunday. Guess it must've been some popular place..

After we had eaten and all we went home and since my mom was over here , i thought i'd have her teach me how to cook curry chicken. And so she did , and hugo and ai ling came over to eat as well and hugo stayed on later to "practice guitar" . . aww man .. now i wished i'd had pictures of the curry .. but nevermind !! there's always a next time =p

Block Tower

Today , or erm .. yesterday , i had this class , Construction Technology .
Sounds fun doesnt it ? Actually it is , and it made me feel so young and alive again =p like a kindergarden boy =p , haha we made a block tower !!! At least there was a hawt gurl in my group =p

Anyways , there were a few stages :




Stage 1 , Building the base . All we did was stack as much blocks together as we can .










Stage 2 , Bring it up as high as possible to beat the other group






Stage 3 , THE END !



Nice and elegent right? And then .. . .




Ah ha , did i get the sequence wrong ?
NO , thats just the tower in a different angle , my group got lazy and said , lets just leave that side as it is and finish it .. swt , so thats the end product of our BLOCK TOWER !!

Going away post . . . After going away

HIEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE , haha .. im not in malaysia anymore .. I'm in Melbourne ! !

Since everyone who went overseas has a blog .. tim .. jon .. and prolly other people , i decided to make one myself ..

and the first thing people do when they move and start a blog is post pictures of their new rooms =p and i think im gonna post some ..



This was my room 1 week ago when i just moved in ,



This is my room now .. =p

Whoa i have so many stories i have no idea where to start ..

So i shall start with the story of the start of my uni days .. Leland is a very lazy boy , and god has blessed him , by giving him only 13 hours of classes per week . YES , 13 hours .. thats jus barely half a day . Where do you think i get the so much free time to do things like starting a blog and blogging =p anyway , my Mondays and fridays are the only days i have classes of more than 4 hours .. On tuedays and Thursdays i have 2 hours of class each day , and guess what .. On Wednesdays i'm totally free .. I have a tutorial class with hugo this class called MicroEconomics .

Speaking about hugo , we saw these posters lying outside the emm 'canteen' at uni , and



yes , a south park poster =p and Hugo got one Garfield poster also ..



I think i have lots more to write, but im just getting bored already . So i'll save the other stories for next time =p chiao ..
